this training is not for the novice teacher
it is not an entry level class into the art or technique of teaching.

this training is a leaping off place
a stepping out into the unknown, an inner exploration of the joys, challenges, gifts and transformational moments of teaching from your heart.

for teachers with:

• foundation in yoga
• commitment to personal inquiry
• willingness to expand the reaches of the heart
• courage to step beyond perceived limitations
  
• a certificate from a basic teacher training program with Sarahjoy, Chris or Mary
  AND
  minimum 1 year teaching experience

OR

• at least 3 years teaching experience
