ongoing - you don't have to wait for the beginning of a term to join
a class. You can register at the desk a few minutes before any class.

punch cards are non-refundable, but they are transferable
- you can even bring a friend and we'll punch your card twice. Punchcards
expire 4 months from purchase date.

drop ins are welcome at all
classes, though you may be turned away if the class is full.

be on time. Do not wear perfume or heavy jewelry. |

Alert the teacher of any
prior or current injuries. |

Please come with an empty
stomach, and an open mind. Shorts & footless leggings are
appropriate, as are t-shirts. Please do not wear sweat pants; it limits
our ability to help with alignment of hips, knees and ankles. |

We provide mats, blocks,
straps, and blankets. We do, however, strongly suggest that students
either bring or purchase their own mats (available in the lobby). |
