welcome! below find links to recordings of past dharma study groups. you can listen to them on your computer simply by clicking a link. if you want to download an mp3 file to your own computer (and add it to iTunes, for example), do the following:

for windows users, right-click on a link and from the context menu choose “save target as…”

for mac users, hold down the “control” key and click on a link. from the context menu choose “save link as…” or “download linked file…”
