| arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class, to fill out the waiver and get a tour of the studio. |

| what to wear: shorts & footless leggings are appropriate, as are t-shirts. please do not wear sweat pants; it limits our ability to help with alignment of hips, knees and ankles. |

| what not to wear: perfume or heavy jewelry. |

| alert the teacher of any prior or current injuries. |

| please come with an empty stomach and an open mind. |

| what to bring: we provide mats, blocks, straps, and blankets. we do, however, strongly suggest that students either bring or purchase their own mats (available in the lobby). also, water bottle and a towel, if you wish. we have a water dispenser and paper cups, but covered containers only are allowed in the studio. |
